The Sisters Plotz is a frothy romp through the lives of three eccentric heiresses. Dry Dada poetess Celestia, enthusiastic yet incompetent inventor Ladybug, and spacey artist Whimsellica live in Manhattan with their darling butler, Reginald, who is also Ladybug’s love interest. The sisters enjoy giggling throughout mimosa-filled afternoons and indulging their passions in the creative, sartorial, and romantic arenas. Occasionally, however, a minor problem occurs, such as when Ladybug creates an invention and Whimsellica accidentally blows up the room with it. Or when Reginald has to deal with his brother, Henthrop, who is jealous that Reginald is really an earl and only works as a butler for the sheer joy of buttling. The ladies must also contend with two scheming maids who plan to steal their valuables, a society gossip columnist who is out to get the scoop on their bohemian ways, and a councilwoman who wants to turn their home into a carousel. The sisters adore each other and they love the life they lead. For in the end, isn't the most important thing family—and an adorable butler?
